
WORKSHOP OUTLINE
The workshop will be held in 2 parts. The first part will focus on the education session discussing topics such as East Art and the history of Takht-Huzi Theatre form, communication with text, Method and styles. While the second part of the workshop is practical session with 20 interested actors who will present the outcome to public audience.
The objective of the training is participant to understand Iranian theatre performance systems.
WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?
The Training is targeting Theatre directors and actors and actresses.
REQUIREMENTS
The participants must commit to attending all the days of the training and fully commit to actively participating in all the training session. The Participants must be able to cover their own Travel/ Transport Expenses, Meals and accommodation.
DURATION
The training will take place from the 23rd November 2018. The workshop will run from (10.00 am- 6.00 pm). Participants are required to fully commit to the attending all the sessions.
VENUE
The workshop will be held in Kampala Uganda- Uganda Museum.
TRAINER
MOHSEN SERAJI
Mohsen Seraji born in 1972. He is a director, writer and researcher with a bachelor’s degree in Masters in Arts in Directorship in Tehran University
FEES
There is no entry fee for the workshop however the participants will be required to cover their accommodation, transportation and meals.
